Questions
Where
are my websites published?
The websites are published to the FTP location as set for your
user account.

I
have made changes to my website. Where can I see them?
You can preview the website to see the changes made to the website.

Are
all the changes that I make to my website immediately reflected in my live
website?
You need to Publish the changes that you make to your website
using the Application. Only when the changes are published, they are reflected
in the Live website.

How
do I know whether the changes I did through the Application are updated
in my website?
Previewing the website would show if the changes made recently
has been updated.

I
have my own hosting partner, how do I set the FTP details?
Please contact your Site Symphony tool Administrator for further
details on how you can set up the FTP details yourselves. Once this is enabled,
login into the application >> My account settings >> View /
Edit my FTP settings.

My
FTP details changed. What should I do now?
Please contact your Site Symphony tool Administrator with the
updated FTP details. Once the new FTP details are set-up for you, Log into
the application please ensure that you re-publish the entire website by
choosing the "Regenerate entire website"
option.

How
can I load my website from the domain name that I have?
All you would need to do is to point the domain to the physical
location where the website files are published through FTP by the Application.

What
is the order of the loading of webpages in my live website?
Below is the order of loading of the webpages if they are enabled
in the user's website
1. Flash intro page
2. Welcome page
3. Inner page
