How can I create a Customizable Form page?
Under "Page Manager" section, add a new page, change the page type to the customizable Form and proceed with the Customizable Form Wizard.

Can I have this form linked to my database?
Site Symphony tool can generate only HTML websites. Therefore it is not possible to build a database driven or dynamic websites.

To what email address is the email with the feedback content forwarded and how can I change it?
The email address that is provided during the SignUp will be the address to which the contents of the feedback form will be attached.

Can I add text content / images / banner to the Feedback form / Shop pages ?
No. This is not possible.

To what email address is the contents of the guest book sent to?
The contents of the guest book will be mailed to the email address that is provided during your SignUp.
