Along with the new features planned for roll-out this year, we are also working to revise our support system in order to better serve our customers. The new system will be unveiled sometime during the first quarter of 2007, and we feel it will become a model by which other hosting companies provide support.

Apollo Hosting takes providing the finest customer support very seriously, and with these changes our goal is to take customer satisfaction to an even higher level.

Apollo Hosting's Acceptable Use and Indemnification Policy was altered to include the application of late fees to delinquent accounts. The modified section is as follows (changes bold):

Payment Policies and Fees:
By signing up for hosting with Apollo Hosting, you are agreeing that your hosting account will be automatically renewed, and your credit card will be charged (if you are paying by credit card). Payment is due each anniversary (one month, three months, six months, one year, or two years) following the date the account was established. Your credit card will be automatically charged on your anniversary (if you are paying by credit card) unless a cancellation request is submitted by using the cancellation form. All  payment-due notices will be sent by electronic mail.  No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax.   Additional features can be added at any time. Monthly feature prices are not prorated. Apollo Hosting reserves the right to change prices or plans at any time.

NOTE: Apollo Hosting charges a $25.00 fee for returned checks as well as charge backs. For international customers:  check or money order funds must be drawn in US dollars.

Late Fees will be charged to account at a fee of $5 per week up until 4th week where account is then placed in collections.

Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
