Site Symphony- Installation Options

Site Symphony is available on all our platforms. All new users will receive the Symphony 3 Pack with any new signup. Existing users may employ one of the following methods to have the FREE Symphony 3 Pack installed on their hosting accounts.

Shared Hosting- Plesk Control Panel:
	Click the "Site Symphony Install" icon in your Plesk Control Panel. The application will be installed immediately and you will receive an email with login instructions. Control Panel Login Locator

Legacy Shared Hosting (Virtual Control Panel) / VPS (HSP Control Panel):
	Use the following form to request installation of Site Symphony via tech support. Most install requests are handled within 1-2 hours. Site Symphony Install Request Form.

Additional Installs/Secondary Domains:

Customers with multiple domains may use the Site Symphony Install Request Form to have Symphony 3 Packs installed on those domains as well. Fill out the form for each domain requiring a Site Symphony installation.

Note About Larger Packs

Customers wishing to use the Symphony 10 Pack and higher need only use the "Upgrade Pack" option under "My Account Settings" in the Site Symphony admin. The request will be handled by our billing department and your primary account will be charged accordingly once the upgrade is complete.
